Sunday Worship
WORSHIP WITH US
At Grace Reformed Baptist Church, our desire is to worship God reverently and joyfully according to His Word. Our Lord’s Day worship is centered on biblical preaching, prayer, Scripture, and the corporate singing of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. The preaching is primarily expository, seeking to faithfully explain and apply the Word of God.
Our Sunday begins with Sunday School from 9:00–10:00 a.m., followed by 30 minutes of Fellowship Time from 10:00–10:30 a.m. Our Corporate Worship Service begins at 10:30 a.m. and generally concludes around 12:00 p.m.
FAMILIES & CHILDREN
Families and children are welcome in our worship. We are grateful to have children among us and encourage families to worship together as they are able.
A nursery for children ages 6 months through 2 years old and Wee Worship for children ages 2 through 4 are available during the sermon portion of the Corporate Worship Service only. This allows our nursery and children’s ministry volunteers to worship with the church and participate together in the Lord’s Supper.
Parents are always welcome to keep their children with them throughout the entire service. For those who need to step out with a child, a cry room is available in the nursery area or fellowship hall, where the service can still be viewed live on a television.
FELLOWSHIP TIME
Between Sunday School and our Corporate Worship Service, we gather for 30 minutes of fellowship. Coffee, tea, orange juice, doughnuts, and fruit are available.
Visitors are warmly encouraged to join us. This is a relaxed opportunity to meet members of GRBC, ask questions, and get to know our church family before worship begins.
THE LORD’S SUPPER
At GRBC, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper each week as part of our corporate worship. The Table is open to all professing, baptized believers in Jesus Christ. You do not need to be a member of GRBC to partake with us.
If you are uncertain whether you should partake because of ongoing or unrepentant sin, unresolved division, or another matter of conscience, we encourage you to speak with one of our elders. You may contact an elder through our Contact page before your visit or speak with one of them before the Sunday service. They would be glad to help you.
FIRST SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP MEAL
On the first Sunday of each month, we enjoy a fellowship meal together immediately following the Corporate Worship Service, around noon, and all visitors are warmly invited to stay and eat with us.
There is always plenty of food, and our guests are invited to go through the serving line first. We also provide a designated gluten-free and allergy-conscious section for those with dietary needs.
You do not need to bring anything. We simply hope you will stay, enjoy a meal with us, and give us the opportunity to get to know you better.
COME AND JOIN US
Whether you are familiar with a Reformed Baptist church or are visiting one for the first time, you are welcome among us. There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what to do. Come, hear the Word of God, worship with us, and allow us the opportunity to get to know you.
We would be glad to welcome you this Lord’s Day.
